Antigua is home to some of my favorite beaches in the world! With over 365 beaches to visit, yup! you heard me!  365 BEACHES! You could visit a new beach every day of the year!

Seriously, this country is filled with beautiful white sand beaches with crystal clear water. If you are looking to visit beautiful island of Antigua in the Caribbean, then I highly recommend you save this guide.

Also my list may be a bit biased because I have an insiders guide since my mother is actually from this island! So trust me when I say this list is LEGIT!

 

Dickenson Bay

Well known for its calm waters and pristine white sand, Dickenson Bay is a favorite among many tourists. With multiple restaurants lining this beach area, you can try some excellent local cuisine!

Fort James Beach in Antigua and Barbuda

If you are looking for a beach away from the touristy area, then Fort James is a must-stop. This is also a perfect spot to watch the sunset!

Ffryes Beach

Located within St. Mary’s Parish, this beach is perfect for those looking to host a social gathering. With a beautiful greenery backdrop, this is an excellent spot for taking photos! An additional bonus is that this beach is 20 minutes from Greencastle Hill National Park.

Fort James Beach in Antigua and Barbuda

Pigeon Point

If you are on the southeast side of the country, then Pigeon Point is the spot for you. Be sure to try out the multiple restaurants in the area, or better yet, walk over to the Antigua Yacht Club Marina!

So, if you love white sand beaches with crystal clear water, then Antigua and Barbuda need to be added to your bucket list!
